YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and daily flow of the entire Accounts Receivable process,- Daily operational tasks (postings, creating/maintaining customer master data in multiple systems),
- Responsible for managing the customer`s open items,
- Follow-up of the customer collection process,
- Dunning process and resulting actions,
- Management of customer securities/insurances and coordinate with Commercial Management,
- Month-end tasks (calculation and posting of bad debts provisions, reconciliations),
- Year-end tasks (customer letters, preparation of audit requests, point of contact for auditors),
- Perform and review internal controls related to BESTSELLER`s accounts receivables control system,
- Regular meetings with multiple stakeholders,
- Review and improvement of processes

When sudden issues occur, you stay calm and act fast with a positive, can-do attitude.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree; preferably in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration,- Minimum +2 years of experiences preferably in Account Receivable processes
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power point),
- Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills,
- Strong people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels,
- Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner,
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders,
- Good command of English both written and spoken,
