  • Do end to end recruitment process from sourcing – onboarding
  • Designing, implementing and evaluating people development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes, payroll and benefit administration
  • Maintain the organization's employee database, records & employment agreement
  • Manage the team happiness index in the office
  • Day to day activity of HR operational including BPJS registration, Leave Record, attendance reports and records
  • Help monitor staff performance
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology/Management/Law
  • Minimum 1 years experience in Human Resources
  • Willing to be placed at Cianjur, Jawa Barat
  • Max. 30 years old
  • Good analytical skill, good planning & organizing skill
  • Good communication skill and preferably a people person
  • Seek for fast growing environment
