- Do end to end recruitment process from sourcing – onboarding
- Designing, implementing and evaluating people development programs
- Assist in performance management processes, payroll and benefit administration
- Maintain the organization's employee database, records & employment agreement
- Manage the team happiness index in the office
- Day to day activity of HR operational including BPJS registration, Leave Record, attendance reports and records
- Help monitor staff performance
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
- Bachelors degree in Psychology/Management/Law
- Minimum 1 years experience in Human Resources
- Willing to be placed at Cianjur, Jawa Barat
- Max. 30 years old
- Good analytical skill, good planning & organizing skill
- Good communication skill and preferably a people person
- Seek for fast growing environment
