Technical Recruiter (Permanent WFH) [Philippines]


 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Psychology, HR, or any related.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, online and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Permanent WFH set-up (Equipment will be provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
