QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Psychology, HR, or any related.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in technical recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, online and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Permanent WFH set-up (Equipment will be provided)

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
