Account Executive [Malaysia]


 

a) Job Responsibilities:-

  • Maintain and handle financial and accounting functions that include full set of account and prepare various financial/accounting reports, reconciliation, data variance analysis, budgeting, balance sheet management, cash flow management and SST filling etc.
  • Manage day to day accounting operation activities

  • Assist to ensure proper controls with regards to General Ledger, Accounts Payables & Receivables etc.
  • Assist to maintain in cost accounting, internal control and accounting systems implementation.
  • Assist to liaise with bankers, lawyers, external auditors and tax agents in ensuring compliance in all matters relating to bank facilities, audits, taxation and statutory requirements etc.
  • Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignment as and when requested by the superior and management.

b) Job Requirements:-

  • Candidates must possess at least Degree in Finance/Accountancy or Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA or CIMA) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
  • Knowledge in Accounting systems such as SQL or Goldsoft ERP software will be an advantage
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Able to perform multitasking, good management skills with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
  • Possess a positive attitude, able to work independently, and good analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
