Job Description:
Apprise Systems is seeking an experienced Online Bidder to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities and securing projects through various online platforms. Your primary focus will be to bid on projects, write compelling proposals, and negotiate contracts to win projects for the organization. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of the online bidding process.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential business opportunities by exploring various online platforms, such as freelance websites, job portals, and social media channels.
- Analyze project requirements, evaluate feasibility, and prepare competitive bids and proposals to win new projects.
- Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork and other freelance portals on daily basis to acquire projects and converting those projects into long term sales
- Create and maintain a strong online presence for the organization by showcasing past work, client testimonials, and relevant credentials.
- Actively participate in the entire bidding process, including understanding client needs, drafting project scopes, setting pricing strategies, and managing project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals and project documentation.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and projects, track bidding activities, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
- Engage in proactive communication with clients to address queries, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals successfully.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market competition, and emerging online bidding platforms to optimize the organization's bidding strategies.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the bidding process, enhance proposal templates, and streamline organizational practices.
